COVID PREVENTION POLICY

We are happy that we can continue to deliver items to our valued customers. As long as we can ship with USPS or UPS, we expect to continue to deliver baby boxes without delay.

In order to maintain the health and safety requirements to remain open, we have put the following precautions in place:

• Our business is managed from home. We are maintaining our social distancing from those living outside of our home.
• Before handling any products - we wash or sanitize our hands and wear masks when packing boxes to ship.
• Many of our products are handmade. We are shipping orders first from our stock that was made before the COVID 19 crisis began.
• Any new items will be made while observing the sanitizing standards mentioned above however, we recommend that all items be washed with soap and water prior use. Spraying down the plush toys, books etc., with alcohol that is at least 40% proof is shown to be effective for preventing virus spread.
• If anyone in our household shows signs of illness - we will discontinue all shipments until all symptoms have subsided for 14 days.
